infraraudonoji technika statusas T sritis Gynyba apibrėžtis Technika, kurios veikimas remiasi infraraudonąja spinduliuote; taikomosios fizikos sritis. Būna aktyvieji (reaguoja į dirbtinių – prožektorių, infraraudonojo diapazono lazerių – šaltinių spinduliuojamus ir atspindimus nuo objektų infraraudonuosius spindulius) ir pasyvieji (reaguoja į natūraliųjų šaltinių – Saulės, Mėnulio – spinduliuojamus ir atspindimus nuo objektų infraraudonuosius spindulius) prietaisai. Infraraudonoji technika naudojama taikiniams aptikti, stebėti, fotografuoti infraraudonuoju diapazonu, antžeminiam ir kosminiam ryšiui, nusitaikančiosioms galvutėms.
